 Introduction of plastic corrugated pipe extrusion line

 GSDBGZ high speed single-wall corrugated pipe machine is developed on the basis of our original single-wall corrugated pipe machine. This production line can produce PP, PE, PVC, EVA, PA etc single-wall corugated pipes continosly. Plastic single-wall corrugated pipes have features of strong thermostability, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high intensity, good flexibility, etc. They are widely applied in many fields, such as electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipe of lamp, water pipes in air conditioner, washing machine, bathroom, etc.

GSDBGZ high speed single-wall corrugated pipe machine is developed on the basis of our original single-wall corrugated pipe machine.The moulds moved by gear, running on the runway. It is equipped with specially designed water cooling sealing system, and can inject oil  for mould blocks lubrication automatically. In the forming machine, for small sizes mould, it can be set with two mould chambers which can be make two sizes of pipes only by adujusting the height if forming machine autmaticlly. All these features improve largely the production speed of single-wall corrugated pipes, which can reach 25-30m/min. Besides, this production line is equipped with pre-stress eliminating cooling device, automatic tapping machine in production line, and automatic coiling machine, especially suitable for the production of car harness corrugated pipes.
